The handles are made of food-grade silicone and the steel is 18/8 stainless steel. All parts are machine washable.

The small knife is specially designed to be able to cut the food without being too sharp for the little beginner.

The spoon is a good width to hold the food without being too wide and the fork is perfectly pointed to be able to actually catch the food without at the same time being so pointy that it pokes a hole in the clumsy eater.

Remember that the knife is not suitable for use with silicone plates, although children rarely cut that hard with their knife.

The parts measure 13-14cm and fit perfectly in small hands.
